- Ponemos a hervir nuestra pechuga con cebolla y sal, ya cocida la desmenuzamos y luego con la otra mitad de cebolla la cortamos en rodajas y la sofreímos en aceite ya acitronada añadimos nuestra pechuga sazonamos con sal y reservamos.

- En una olla ponemos aceite a calentar y añadimos nuestra salsa la dejamos hervir verificamos si queda muy espesa añadimos agua si no solo sazonamos y reservamos. (TIP: Si les queda ácida su salsa pueden echarle una pizca de bicarbonato y retirar la espuma que se forma)

- Calentamos al comal nuestras tortillas de maíz las bañamos de salsa verde, le colocamos al centro un poco de pechuga desmenuzada, enrollamos, así con cada una, ya que tenemos la cantidad de enchiladas deseadas en el plato se les baña con un poco más de salsa y encima le ponemos lechuga, crema y queso y listas para degustar. Quedan Deliciosas!
