- 75 grms pepita pelada
- 25 grms cacahuate pelado y sin piel
- 6 hojas rábano
- 3 hojas lechuga orejona
- 2 ramas epazote
- 1/3 mazo de espinaca
- 1/4 mazo de cilantro
- 1 ajo
- 1/4 cebolla
- al gusto Pimienta
- 1 litro caldo de pollo
- al gusto Sal
- al gusto Pimienta blanca
- 1 hoja santa santa
- 2 cucharadas manteca
- 2 chiles serranos
- 400 grms tomatillos (tomate verde)
Instructions to make to make Mole verde
- Primero lavamos y ponemos a desinfectar nuestras hojas

- Mientras tanto ponemos a tostar ligeramente las pepitas y el cacahuate..

- Una vez tostado, llevamos a la licuadora con una taza de caldo de pollo y el diente de ajo, licuamos por dos minutos y reservamos....

- En una olla ponemos la manteca y cuando esté caliente ponemos la cebolla cortada en julianas o medias lunas hasta que esté suave...



- Cuando esté suave la ponemos en la licuadora junto con los tomatillos, chiles, hojas y hierbas, pimienta y dos tazas de caldo de pollo y licuamos por tres minutos o hasta que la mezcla esté suave y reservamos...


- En la olla que teníamos con la manteca ponemos primero la mezcla de pepita y cacahuate...

- En cuanto suelte el primer hervor agregamos la mezcla de hierbas, la otra taza de caldo de pollo y dejamos de suelte un segundo hervor...

- Una vez que suelte el segundo hervor rectificamos sal y dejamos hervir cinco minutos más a fuego bajo a que espese...

- Pasado este tiempo apagamos el fuego y podemos servir ya sea con pollo, puerco, o solo con un arrocito...
