  23. 4 clavos de olor entero
  24. 4 pimientas enteras
  25. poquito orégano
  26. poquito comino
  27. Y en comal asamos todo para hacer la salsa

  1. Primero pon agua en una olla déjala hervir le agregas mitad de cebolla. Un jitomate cortado en cuatro.una cucharadita de comino, sal, poca pimienta y consomé de pollo en polvo.
  2. Carne molida agregar jitomate.cebolla.menta arroz.uno o 2 chiles serranos. poner 1 clara de huevo. sal al gusto mistetear todo y hacer umas bolitas. Y la ponemos a cocer en la olla
  3. Asar en el comal 3 jitomates🍅, 2 chiles californias cuatro chiles puyas. 2 ajos un 1/4 de cebolla. y también asar 4 clavos de olor.4 pimienta enteras.poquito orégano.poco comino... ya que está todo asado se pone en la licuadora con media taza de agua y sal al gusto
  4. Pon tu cazuela con un poco aceite de oliva o el que gustes.poner un pedacito de cebolla ya que se sofría se vacía el chile de la licudora y se deja hervir un poco con 2 hojitas de laurel.. pon tus albóndigas en el chile y dejar que hierva. Y te quedara así:
  5. Licuamos en la licuadora cebolla y ajo ponemos sal al gusto unpoquito de consomé de pollo le ponemos 4 tazas de agua y licuamos bien. Reservamos par agregarlo al arroz.
  6. Ponemos una cazuela con poco aceite. Y le ponemos un pedacito de cebolla, acitronamos. Agregamos 2 tazas de arroz y doramos bien y luego le vaciamos lo de la licuadora... después agregamos el elote y la zanahoria. Dejar que se seque agua cuando llega al nivel del arroz se tapa y se le baja el fuego a fuego lento.
