En la primera foto veras que inclino las canastas para que el goteo se dirija a los costados; igual en la segunda foto se busca el mismo truco. Esta forma reduce el humo al mínimo, de hecho no lo ves en las fotos.
  5. Picas la carne y la sirves con arroz, maíz y una ensalada de tu preferencia. Acá fue una de habichuelas, que no es más que salcocharlas con sal, mayonesa, sal y pimienta y unas gotas de limón.
