Después de 45 minutos mi carne ya está suave y bien cocida, es momento de probar de sabor si hace falta agregar knorr o sal, a mi no me hizo falta agregar nada, pero quedó muy caldoso y retire la mitad del líquido y deje otros 5 minutos más para que se consumiera otro poco, apagué y mi carne a la mexicana quedo lista guapuras!!!
